The Orange PPC412AD BLK: The slanted version of the notorious PPC412 cabinet, cloaked in black for the people who yearn for that full Celestion Vintage 30 speaker tone, without the tangerine coloured housing. The angled upper portion of the cabinet points two of its four 12-inch speakers upwards to give your sound more spread and an immediate reference monitor for both you and the rest of the band. The whole cabinet weighs a hefty 45kg but lifting is aided by two sunken handles and, while the orange has been painted black, this cab still delivers every bit of that well-loved Orange tone.

PPC: Power Projection Cabinet

The PPC412AD, like every speaker cabinet produced by Orange, is built with 13-ply, 18mm thick Baltic Birch to protect the four 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30, 60 Watt speakers from harm. The base of the housing is fitted with 'skids'; two feet that run the width of the cab for optimised contact with the floor, not only for the sake of stability but to improve bass response. Combined with the closed back, this Orange cab has a potent, focused sound with masses of warmth and mid-rich tone. The solid weaved-cloth grille, finished with Orange logo completes this iconic speaker.
